Cheap Used 2010 Mazda3 iTouring’s For Sale

Best Price Deals  On 2010 Mazda3 iTouring

Mazda has a great reputation for making cars that are a lot of fun to drive.  They are a bit sportier than the competition in pretty much every market segment.  They also have a stiffer suspension that gives a stiffer ride than the competition.  They also give a lot of “bang for the buck,” with many feeling like they are driving a car that should cost a lot more than it does.  The Mazda3 won’t disappoint.

The 2010 Mazda3 iTouring is a 4-door compact sedan, and is the third of five trim levels.  It has a 2.0 liter, 4-cylinder engine that produces 148 horsepower.  It has 16-inch wheels, front-wheel drive, and a 5-speed manual transmission.  It is rated at 25 mpg in the city and 33 mpg on the highway.  A larger engine is available in the higher trims, but we chose this trim because of the fuel economy.

The Mazda3 iTouring comes with a tilt-telescope, simulated alloy steering wheel, front bucket seats with driver height adjustment, a split-folding rear seat, cloth upholstery, air conditioning, cruise control, full-power accessories, keyless entry, simulated alloy trim on the dash, doors, and center console, a rear defogger, and Bluetooth.  The audio system has 6 speakers, AM/FM radio, a CD/MP3 player, and an audio jack.

The Mazda3 also comes with stability control, traction control, antilock brakes with brake-assist, side front airbags, side curtain airbags, and active front head restraints.  In government testing, the Mazda3 received perfect scores of 5 stars in front impact and in side impact front seat protection.  It received 4 stars for side impact rear seat.  The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave it their highest ratings of “good” in all side and front impact tests.

Conclusions and driver feedback:

The interior is one of the best in its class.  It is made of high-quality, soft-touch materials, and the design is very well-done.  The cabin has plenty of space for its class, and the seats are very adjustable, enabling almost anyone to find a comfort zone.  There are 11.8 cubic feet of cargo space in the trunk.

The handling is superb.  The suspension and steering are tweaked for sport, which is to say they are very tight.  Both are extremely responsive, and you get a great feel for the road while there is almost no body roll.  If you go into curves and corners a little fast, the Mazda3 seems to hug the road a lot better than a standard compact car does.

The ride, predictably, is a little stiff for some.  If you are driving, you will probably love it, though.  Even the smaller engine puts out plenty of power for a car this size, though the mileage is not quite as good as other compacts.

All in all, this is a great car for people who enjoy driving.

The verdict: highly recommended for a single driver.  Otherwise, take your spouse on the test drive.
